A personal appearance and autograph signing by Timex Social Club Members
will delight your audience and attract a greater number of people to your
event.
Timex Social Club members are available for personal appearances at these
types of events: Seminars, Conferences, Expos, Car Shows, Fundraisers, and
Community events.
Fee Schedule - Personal Appearance/Autograph Signing:
The Personal Appearance Fee of $1,200 will include Timex Social Club members
being available for: photo opportunities and autographs during the first
day of your event. A fee of $1,950 is required for a two-day event.
Appearances by Timex Social Club members will not exceed five hours on any
given day.
Expenses
All travel expenses including airfare, hotel, mileage, and meals will be
the responsibility of the booking party. For events within reasonable driving
distance, a mileage fee of $.50 per mile will be charged. For appearances
outside a reasonable driving distance, Timex Social Club members will travel
by air.
All fees must be paid on or before the date of the performance.
A 50% deposit to book the appearance is required 30 days prior to the event.
Travel
For events outside a reasonable driving distance, Timex Social Club members
travel by air. A representative of the event should meet Timex Social Club
members at the airport and provide transportation to the hotel.
Lodging
Timex Social Club members will require one hotel room beginning the day before
and through the day of the event.
Autographing and Photo Opportunities
Autographing sessions and photo opportunities will be provided in one-hour
sessions followed by a 15-minute break. The total appearance should not exceed
five hours in any given day.

success for your organization or event:
Get the community involved. Let everyone know that "Timex Social Club" is
coming to town.
Send a press release to local newspapers, television and radio stations.
Let everyone know that your organization is hosting a great event. Timex
Social Club members are available for live television and radio interviews
as well as telephone and personal interviews by print media.
